Kutton ne mera hand luggage chin ke check-in karwa liya .. said it's overweight .. 15 Kgs out of 8 KGs allowed ..
I heard similar thing from my boss whose baggage was lost in last trip - on lufthansa only - so i was bit converned - The lady understood and said it would be safe and i took her say as pathar ki lakir and parted with my beloved bag for now ..
